Assistant Basketball Coach, 2016 (12-20), 2017 (10-24), 2018 (10-23), 2019 (17-17)

  • 2017-19 Director of Scouting/Video; scouted opponents strengths and weakness to create official game scouting reports and created film breakdown for both the coaching staff and players.

  • Primary recruiter of 2019 All-Conference Chad Lott and assisted in the recruitment of 2019 Player of the Year R.J. Cole, All-Conference C.J. Williams, and 3-star prospect Michael Barber.

  • Directed Howard University Exposure Camp, with over 80 campers each summer and developed key relationships with high school and AAU coaches in the Washington DC area.

  • Responsible for all aspects of the player development program. This program helped to develop All MEAC players such as James Daniels, CJ Williams, Chad Lott, and RJ Cole.

  • Directed Howard University Youth Basketball Camp, including marketing, fundraising, and camper acquisition.

Head Basketball Coach (29-7 overall, 10-5 in official competition)

  • Qualified for the 2013 African championships

  • Finished 5th at the 2011 Arab Games, with the only losses to the 1st and 2nd place teams.  Finished 1st in overall defense and defensive field goal percentage.

  • Finished 4th at the 2011 African Games, Algeria's best result in history at the African Games.  Finished 2nd in overall defense and defensive field goal percentage.

  • Responsible for all basketball related activities such as practice organization, individual workout programs, and opponent scouting.  Developed a philosophy and style of play for the entire National Team program for U16 through the Senior National Team.

  • Recruited international talent from the United States and Europe.
